In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ursa88 website, mobile site, and all associated services available at ursa88.bet.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the ursa88 Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "ursa88" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the ursa88 Platform and all of its affiliated entities.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under any ursa88 offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any casino game, live dealer table, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on ursa88 are processed.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on ursa88. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ursa88 operates a strict 21+ policy and will request identity documentation to verify your age at any point. If verification reveals that you are under 21, your Account will be closed immediately, all Wagers will be voided, and any Balance will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ursa88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error (for example, by a family member using the same device), you must contact support immediately.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

2.4 Restricted Territories

ursa88 does not permit registration or play from territories where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ursa88 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific location outside Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to place Wagers using your Account. ursa88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ursa88 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ursa88 may temporarily suspend your Account while any security investigation is conducted. All activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access will remain your responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ursa88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BDT via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts and cards used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the cashier page of your Account and may vary by payment method. ursa88 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. ursa88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Delays may occur where additional verification documents are required, or where a withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review. ursa88 will not pay interest on delayed withdrawals.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ursa88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified will result in a freeze on the relevant funds until the matter is resolved. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

From time to time, ursa88 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all ursa88 bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any related winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and Account suspension.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on ursa88 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules explicitly address the point of conflict.

ursa88 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all relevant casino games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing bodies. Live dealer games are delivered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Playtech, each of which maintains its own operational standards and game integrity protocols.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round may be declared void and any Wager returned to your Account Balance. ursa88 will not be liable for any losses you attribute to a technical issue on your device, internet connection, or browser.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ursa88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or to place Wagers.
• Attempting to exploit any error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or game logic.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent account-level limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP address concealment.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ursa88 staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of ursa88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ursa88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. ursa88's total cumulative liability to any individual player, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ursa88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ursa88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) keeping your Account open would expose ursa88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. On termination for breach, ursa88 may forfeit your entire Account Balance. On termination for reasons unrelated to your conduct, any undisputed real-money Balance will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. If you close your Account while a withdrawal request is pending, the request will continue to be processed in the normal course. Voluntary Account closure does not constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to be excluded from the Platform, you must explicitly activate the self-exclusion feature.

ursa88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ursa88 applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

ursa88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ursa88 will endeavour to notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ursa88 Platform, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. ursa88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ursa88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
